Arriving with a group of 15 or more?
Groups purchasing 15 or more admission tickets will receive a discount when paying in advance online or making reservations at least two weeks in advance of the visit date. Please see the Group Admission Procedures below for additional important information.

Planning a school field trip for 15 or more?
Pay in advance and avoid long lines! Now, authorized school personnel can order school group admission tickets, Jungle Meals and school programs in our new one-stop-shop for schools. Prefer to pay at the gate? Please make a group reservation at least two weeks in advance.

Please plan to bring one adult chaperone for every 10 children. Admission rates include entry to both the Zoo and the Botanical Garden. Pets, food, beverages and coolers are not allowed in the park. Riverbanks is a smoke-free facility.
Group rates are not available for Boo at the Zoo or Lights Before Christmas, and group registration is not required for these after-hours events.

PAY IN ADVANCE: For your convenience and for fast access to the Zoo, print your tickets on your home office printer prior to coming to the park. You must pay online a minimum of two weeks prior to your visit.
OR
MAKE RESERVATIONS AND PAY AT THE GATE: Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance only if you plan to pay at the gate. All members of your group should plan to arrive (and enter) together. Upon arrival, please have the exact count of the number of children and adults in your group. The total admission fee due for your group must be presented to the ticket booth by one representative in your party. Check or credit card is preferred. Cash will be accepted in large denominations only.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY: If you plan to leave the Zoo during your visit, please depart as a group and return as a group by showing your ticket stub. Individuals from your group will not be allowed back in to the park without a ticket. |

Riverbanks offers a variety of “Jungle Meals” especially designed for school groups and other young explorer groups looking for an organized, on-site lunch option.
Available during weekdays only, Jungle Meals are served at Safari Camp in the heart of the Zoo. Your group will have a reserved space under this covered pavilion, equipped with picnic tables and plenty of shade. If you are participating in an Education Program, please schedule your meal delivery time at least 20 minutes after the end of your program.
Arrangements for Jungle Meals must be made at least two weeks in advance. Pay for your Jungle Meals online. Or, if you plan to pay at the gate, make a reservation by completing our Group Reservation Request form or contact the Jungle Meals Coordinator at 803.978.1055. |
